REGULAR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Clothing items- We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 14 days from the original order date*, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in original packaging. 

Shipping charges are not refunded. 

 

*All handmade, sublimation and sale items are final sale

 

 

DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email averyseanoa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we are happy to help!

 

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT

You must notify us of an incorrect order within 7 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email averyseanoa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of what was received and we are happy to help!
